I interviewed the Head Chef for a Market Research project today and we visited the kitchen to see him cook: lovely clean kitchen, good quality food, his crispy fried noodles were fab! He cares about the food he cooks and serves.

This the best chinese restaurant I have ever been to. I have been going there for the past 38 years and the standards have never dropped.
