I have just read this review and really surpised. We have hired and bought costumes from this shop and so have friends (we all went to a 70s party) and we had no probs. |

Me and my friend hired a fancy dress costume for our work's fancy dress party. The dress and boots weren’t in very good condition- considering you are paying money to hire it. The next day my friend brought her dress back 30 minutes before I did, once I returned my dress I had a look around the shop for possible ideas for a Christmas party and I came across the exact dress my friend was wearing! They obviously didn't wash it, it made me sick to see in hanging up as she was dancing and sweating in that dress all evening. Which isn't hygienic! I would never hire a costume from this shop again! Just to confirm, the shop only had 2 styles of the same dress. I wore one of them and my friend wore the other. |
