Beefeater Gin is perhaps the gin most associated with London. Still made in the Kennington Distillery where it has been produced to the same recipe since the 1800s, there is now a tour available to the public.
Beefeater London: The Home of Gin is an experience that takes you through the history of gin, how it became the world’s favourite cocktail spirit and how it is made at the Beefeater distillery. Adult tickets cost £12 but children go for free, which is good if you have a child with a burning interest in all things gin related.
