Award-winning family butcher HG Walter sell organic meat from free-range animals reared on British farms. They also sell cooked meats and deli items like cheeses, pies and condiments, but most exciting of all are their sausages, with original flavours like chicken and apricot and their ‘Three Bird Sausage’, made with pheasant, partridge and mallard, and flavoured with redcurrant, thyme and smoked garlic.
They’re now also inviting customers to visit them and customise their own bangers; as an example their team invented ‘The Fat Pig’, made with mangalitza pork, chorizo, chilli, Spanish black pudding and Manchego cheese.
