Shuang Shuang brings London its first specialist Chinese hotpot restaurant, which is exciting for so many reasons: here’s just one. Fans of the Salt ‘n’ Shake crisps already know how much fun it is to make your own dinner and Shuang Shuang is simply another version of that. Select your veg and meat and choose your hotpot’s base broth before dipping the fine sliced strips of goodness in and waiting for them to cook. Is it a gimmick? No, it’s awesome.
