Beginner Balboa Workshop

Balboa is one of the great old world dances that has swept the world and Swing Patrol London intend to give it a real push this year.

Aimed at new dancers, this is a chance to try your hand at a new dance. Ease your way into the beautiful world of Balboa.

Session 1: 13:00 – 14:00pm
Absolute basics… from scratch please.

Session 2: 14:15 – 15:15pm
Styling and flavour to make it feel sweeter than ever.

Session 3: 15:30 – 16:30pm
Getting confident to dance socially & time to be pushed.

All the classes will incorporate the all important technical gems that are required to make this rhythm, work. We will work on frame, connection and your dance pulse.. as well as giving your dancing a musical context.
