This exhibition charts the fortunes and misfortunes of the last five Tory leaders from November 1990 when John Major took over from Mrs Thatcher as Prime Minister through to his successors, William Hague, Iain Duncan Smith and Michael Howard to the present leader of the Party, David Cameron. All five have provided great material for cartoonists. Over fifty original cartoons will be on display featuring the likes of Major and his underpants, Hague the schoolboy, the ‘Quiet Man’ Duncan Smith, the Vampire Howard and Little Lord Fauntleroy in the guise of Cameron. The exhibition will feature the work of leading cartoonists such as Peter Brookes, Steve Bell, MAC, Gerald Scarfe, Morten Morland, Nick Garland, Andy Davey, Peter Shrank, Dave Brown, Martin Rowson and Charles Griffin plus many more.

The exhibition will be opened by Lord Lamont of Lerwick
