Southbank Centre's Imagine Children's Festival returns in 2020 for 12 jam-packed days of fun.
Dive into the best children’s theatre, literature and music, with plenty of workshops and free events for everyone.
Draw, write, read, play, sing, dance and create with us. With over 50% of the programme free and loads to do for ages 0 – 12, we have your half-term sorted.
Events include:
- Play Out - Children can hop, jump, skip, and run off some steam on our Riverside Terrace, transformed into a playground
- Big Songs for Little Singers - All together now: join us for a day of belting tunes for kids. Learn some moves, reprise the classics and pick up new tunes at our free family sing-along.
- Erth's Dinosaur Zoo - Have you ever seen a dinosaur? Now’s your chance at a spectacular show for budding paleontologists aged five and up. Live, in motion and mostly pretty friendly, Erth’s dinosaurs include cute babies and some of the largest carnivores and herbivores that have ever walked the planet.
- All Hands on Decks - Shout ‘Arrr’ at our rollicking pirate-themed party, featuring crafts, dancing and the chance to wear your best pirate outfit. With Just Vibes DJs on the decks to provide a jolly atmosphere, it’s an afternoon of ocean adventuring.
