Our free ignite series takes place in the relaxed atmosphere of the Royal Albert Hall's Café Consort and features performances from talented artists, from gypsy jazz to Celtic folk. On Saturday 26 April, the Kourosh Kanani Gypsy Swing Quartet will perform a mixture of modern jazz, Latin and original compositions, playing in the style of Django Reinhardt and the hot club of France.
Marked in the top 5 gypsy jazz players in the country by Le Quecumbar, London, Kourosh is becoming "the rising star of gypsy guitar".
