Tai Chi Classes

Tai Chi for all ages and levels.
Classes run in courses, but it is often possible to join in the middle of a course, and every class can be tried out (£5) before committing to it.

The Yang style 10-Step Form is taught from beginner to advanced. This is a 'standardised' routine that is practiced throughout the world, and is an excellent introduction to tai chi.


James Drewe has been practising tai chi for over 38 years, and has been teaching for 21 years. He is the author of 3 books on tai chi, is a member of the BCCMA, the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain, and the Longfei Taijiquan Association.
