Discover the wonderful world of the smaller residents of the WWT London Wetland Centre nature reserve: often overlooked, but with great photographic and artistic potential.

The workshop begins with a short introduction, after which the day will be a largely practical session photographing outside, creating beautiful images.

Through the day we will look at specific technique, composition and equipment for close-up photography. Subjects may include flowers, butterflies, minibeasts and abstract nature.

This session is suitable for users of SLR and compact cameras.

The content will be tailored to the needs of course attendees, and with limited numbers there will be plenty of time for 1-2-1 tuition.

This workshop is led by photographer and author Iain Green. Iain's wildlife photography workshops at London Wetland Centre are extremely popular and places fill up very quickly, so we advise you to book early.

£55pp + admission. Booking essential: call 020 8409 4400.
