Successful economies are driven by entrepreneurs but what really is the magic formula for entrepreneurial success? Is it the product of imagination or methodical analysis? Is economic necessity a force for innovation? And how can innovation be translated into commercial reality?

Discussing the issues will be a panel that brings together a wealth of entrepreneurial knowledge:

Hilary Devey CBE. Award-winning entrepreneur and star of BBC’s Dragons’ Den and Women at The Top, Channel 4’s Secret Millionaire, The Intern and Channel Five’s The Business Inspector.

Luke Johnson. Serial entrepreneur whose current interests include Patisserie Valerie, Metro Bank and tour operator Neilson, FT columnist and author.

Andrew Rzepa. A senior consultant at Gallup, Andrew has investigated the science of entrepreneurship through his work on its Entrepreneurial StrengthsFinder® project.

The event will be chaired by writer and broadcaster Vivienne Parry and is in association with Hiscox Insurance.
