Children's Cinema Club: Film Animation Workshop

This Easter holiday, join Birds Eye View Film Festival for a special CHILDREN’S CINEMA CLUB at the BFI, exploring the joys of animation.

Joanna Quinn’s BAFTA-winning, Oscar® nominated FAMOUS FRED headlines this special programme for 5-10 year olds. Voiced by the ever-chuckle-worthy LENNY HENRY, Famous Fred follows a lovably lazy cat who secretly moonlights as a feline singing sensation.

The screening will be preceded by a ‘MAKE-YOUR-OWN ANIMATION’ WORKSHOP – a unique chance for kids to bring their own animations to life, with a WORLD PREMIERE OF THE RESULTING FILM showing on the BIG SCREEN! The event will also feature more great animated shorts for children and a chance to speak directly to filmmakers in a Q&A SESSION
