Art Course Painting from Nature

Working from 5 different landscape compositions this course aims to enable you to make five great small paintings. Looking at realism, impression, how to resonate different atmospheres and create textures in painting. The course will explore how to capture glass, wood, flowers, meadows and architecture.

This course is a perfect introduction to including other objects also in backgrounds in figure painting. Looking at colour, tone, directions of lines and marks. The course will discuss the work of Cezanne, Gauguin, Albrecht Durer, Rembrandt van Rijn and Claude Lorrain.
