The Belinda Tree follows Danni, a solitary girl who strikes up a friendship with the mysterious Belinda, much to the irritation of her older sister Sam. But Belinda has her own agenda and it soon becomes clear that all is not what it seems.
Written by John Moorhouse, The Belinda Tree was a highly commended Play for Teenage Audiences in Trinity College London's 2012 International Playwriting Competition.
The play will be performed and directed by Putney Arts Theatre's Group 64.
The performances of The Belinda Tree are part of Trinity's International Festival of Playwriting and Performance 2014, which runs from 7-10 May at the St. James Theatre.
