The Merely Players have developed an impressive reputation for impeccable text work and pacey storytelling. The company’s unique style, honed in acclaimed productions of Henry V, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Hamlet, now leads to its biggest challenge yet: Merely Shakespeare.

A core company of twenty actors will perform a different Shakespeare play each month for one night only, at The Cockpit. This month they bring you Merely: Macbeth.
