Havana Calling presents Muevete!

After a couple of months apart the original Muevete formula of Movimientos' DJ Arias and Cal Jader host the monthly fiesta for an uptempo Latino-Caribbean-Tropical soundclash vibe where classic rhythms get bastardised and twisted up for the modern dancefloor. Cal Jader is fresh back from a DJ tour in Brazil so expect some extra carnival flavours in the mix to celebrate.

PURE TROPICAL PARTY VIBES!! A favourite for Saturday night crowds in West London, Muevete is a monthly fiesta - a pure party version of Movimientos, with a dance floor-slammin' mash up of raw Latin beats and tropical bass. From the rolling Latin rhythms of salsa, cumbia, merengue and Samba to the raw urban flavours of reggaeton, Hip Hop, dancehall, moombahton, baile funk and dutty carnival rhythms, incorporating a healthy dose of African beats and global underground music.

Put simply Muevete translates as 'Move it!' so we're not beating around the bush - straight to the dancefloor!
