Dom Pipkin studied the music of the great New Orleans piano stylists Professor Longhair, Dr John, and notably the maverick genius James Booker, as well as other jazz and blues greats. Dom is a frequent visitor to New Orleans, and can be heard playing around the scene there, where he’s known to many local musicians.
