A mixture of traditional tango from the 1940s, Astor Piazzolla and contemporary tango.
The London Tango Quartet is the smaller version of the London Tango Orchestra, the first professional traditional “orquesta tipica” in the UK. One of the main goals of the group is to make the richness of the tango music repertoire better known in the UK, as well as providing a live music experience for those who love dancing to tango. They will perform a mixture of traditional tango from the 1940s, Astor Piazzolla and contemporary tango.
