RICS is delighted to announce our inaugural Property Leaders’ Summit, taking place at City Hall on Thursday 5 June 2014.

As the name suggests RICS Property Leaders’ Summit it is to be an exclusive event aimed at key leaders in property and construction management, including representation at senior level from major consultants, developers, contractors and public and private sector occupiers. The aim of the event is to discuss and crystallise opinion around some of the most pressing political, economic and social dynamics facing the UK, with reflection on what they mean for the UK real estate and construction markets.

The theme for this event is “UK – A place that means business” and the event will provide a vehicle to debate the most important dynamics shaping the UK’s built environment today. Keynote sessions will examine current economic market conditions and their impact on the UK real estate markets, meeting the UK’s infrastructure needs and ensuring London has capacity to retain its global competitive edge as well as key factors driving demand from a corporate occupier perspective.

Don’t miss your opportunity to meet and network with those leading the way in this dynamic sector. Take part in interactive panel style debates and be at the forefront of thinking on the future of the UK property industry.

Plus continue the debate at our Networking Drinks Reception where we will be joined by Guest Speaker Alastair Campbell.
