BRITONS are due to meet Bretons as the continent comes to Beckenham later this month in a splash of French and continental colour, cuisine and joie de vivre with the return of Beckenham French Market & Friends.

Petts Wood French Market & Friends will be in town from the 11th-12th April and presents to you the chance to sample some of the finest authentic French and continental goods on your own doorstep. Just head down to Queens Way, Petts Wood from 11th-12th April to sample a range of top quality French and continental food & drink.

With many exciting stalls to choose from, you’ll be able to sample and purchase a range of mouth-watering continental delicacies. You’ll want to tanatalise your tastebuds with our delicious cheeses, mouth-watering charcuterie, hams, confits and pates – and the juiciest, plumpest olives. And you won’t be able to resist the smells of freshly baked breads, croissants, pain au chocolat, baklava and tempting cakes and gateaux – a superb tea-time treat French-style. And for a handy snack while you’re shopping, why not try our freshly cooked crêpes – available sweet as well as savoury!

And for a really special treat, you’ll be able to tuck into a hot and juicy hog roast sandwich – just the thing to tide you over till teatime!


Whatever takes your fancy, this market is renowned for the quality of the produce it delivers and offers a unique opportunity to choose from selected continental produce. Our stallholders are all fully licensed and insured and come directly from France to sell their produce.

The market will be based in Queens Way, Petts Wood from 11th-12th April. Stalls will open for business at 9.00am and close at 5.30pm.
