Lindy Hop Classes - Forest Gate

We run a weekly swing dance class Every Monday.

Teaching the classic dances from the 1920-40s, including the charleston, 6 and 8 beat Lindy Hop.

Swing dancing is a great way to meet new people, have fun, get some exercise and challenge yourself!

No experience required – absolute beginners always welcome!

After a brilliant first week at Forest Gate, Cat and Ian are super excited to build up a great swing community in the area! With such a lovely bunch, so much potential, and a great venue we’re looking forward to sharing this wonderful thing with you all!
