This is an eight week course with a full day workshop.

Mindfulness offers you effective ways of managing stress, challenges and change…being focused. You learn to meet situations with clarity, compassion, choice and calm as you grow skilful with insight. The benefits of Mindfulness are increasingly recognized in healthcare, education, and business and are extensively researched.

This course is offered in a supportive environment and is supported with CDs, guidebook and follow-up material for your continuing practice. All services are provided with regard to the Good Practice Guidelines for Teaching Mindfulness-Based Courses.

about the teacher:

Delighted to share the benefits of mindfulness-meditation practice, christene trained at bangor university (ma), and with jon kabat-zinn. She is also qualified in psychosynthesis, with ba (hons) in social and developmental psychology, co-author of iMindfulness App.
