Shakespeare in Print

Shakespeare published none of his plays in his lifetime. His afterlife is in performance and the printed word. This exhibition explores Guildhall Library's Shakespeare collections and how they were produced. Treasures on display include contemporary writers' quartos and later editions of Shakespeare's plays and poetry.
