Europe’s largest yoga event, the OM Yoga Show, returns to Olympia National bringing together the whole yoga community. If you’re looking for the perfect way to spend a relaxing weekend and get in touch with your inner chi, then look no further than the OM Yoga Show, offering over 120 free classes, the latest kit to purchase for a great price and even the chance to treat yourself to a Thai massage, it’s the ultimate event for all you yoga bunnies.

From Bikram to Vinyasa, you can try your hand at all types of yoga; even hotpod yoga where you’ll be working out in an inflatable studio that is heated to up to 37 degrees. It’s the latest fitness craze taught by a line-up of experts with big names such as Psalm Isadora, Dr Elena Voyce and Maya Fiennes all gracing the yoga stage. For those wanting to try something completely new, whatever your level, why not try Face Yoga with Danielle Collins or BoxingYoga™ lead by professional dancer Kajza Ekberg.

There’s even something for your little ones with children’s yoga sessions; a fun way to get our smaller visitors into yoga from a young age. Plus, for our more inquisitive guests, you can find out how yoga can change the brain with expert practitioner Heather Mason and discover more about the sound of Naad Yoga with spiritualist Sat Hari Singh. Head to the shopping area where you can browse clothes, equipment, mats and more from well-known names including Asquith London, Yogamatters and Manuka Life. Plus, you can buy the latest yoga DVDs so you can put those new moves into practice back at home.
The show will also hold The Yoga Teaching Conference for those of you who dream of teaching yourself. Discover how to develop retreats and workshops and hear what’s needed to start a successful yoga studio.
