The Royal Albert Hall have collaborated with our neighbours at the Royal College of Music for this exciting series of concerts. Classical Coffee Mornings give you the chance to listen to outstanding talent from the College at Sunday morning classical recitals in the Hall's Elgar Room. Tickets include a hot drink and a pastry.
Batera Duo hails from two sister islands in the Maltese archipelago, being formed by Gozitan saxophonist Philip Attard and Maltese pianist Christine Zerafa. Since their debut as a duo in April 2012 they have been invited to perform in major festivals and concert series, including the Embassy Series in Washington D.C. and the Malta Arts Festival. Christine and Philip are currently furthering their studies in London. Philip is reading for a MMus degree in performance with saxophonist Kyle Horch at the Royal College of Music while Christine is specialising in piano accompaniment at the Royal Academy of Music under the tuition of Michael Dussek and Malcolm Martineau.
