The Galvin Festival of Food & Drink is a seven-day celebration of events showcasing the finest in French food, drink and hospitality. From Monday 19th until Sunday 25th May 2014, Michelin starred chefs Chris and Jeff Galvin will host a series of food and drink experiences across their seven restaurants in London and Edinburgh, inviting everyone to share their love for gastronomy. Now in its second year, the Galvin Festival is set to be bigger than ever with an exciting line-up of events.

Each occasion has been created to reflect the unique character of the Galvin culinary collection; from a traditional fête at award-winning Galvin Café a Vin; to the return of the much-loved Apple Tarte Tatin baking competition at Galvin Bistrot de Luxe on Baker Street; and up to Scotland for a whiskey tasting and culinary Masterclass at Pompadour by Galvin at the Waldorf in Edinburgh.
