A new evening of dining, drinking and thinking featuring a three-course shared banquet, cocktails, entertainment including Gemma Whelan (Game of Thrones) and the 28-piece Basement Orchestra and much more.

Join us for the second School Supper Society (formally School Dinners) for an evening of dining, drinking and thinking; to contemplate and intemperate; of hedonism and head on-ism. Term 2 will be held in the stirring Victorian surroundings of the beautiful Assembly Hall at Central Foundation Boys’ School in Shoreditch.

Thinking: we’re very excited to welcome back Gemma Whelan [Game of Thrones] as our naughty and haughty Headmistress, Chastity Butterworth. Joining Ms Butterworth are our 28-piece [school] ensemble aka the Basement Orchestra; Head of Music, Daniel Rachel; Head of Dance [mostly tap], Jenny Fawcett [aka Louise Ford]; and Head of Art, Mr Bingo [creator of ‘Hate Mail’]. More of the faculty will be announced soon.

Dining: A mouth-watering, three-course shared banquet created by Cult Events' Head Chef, Ian Ballantyne.

Drinking: A fully stocked bar including a number of exclusive themed cocktails created by Cult Events' very own mixologist.

About School Supper Society: We invite specialist pedagogues from the world of Comedy, Arts, Science, Music, Dance, Literature and more. Past guests have included scientist, Ben Goldacre, musician and producer, Matthew Herbert, poet, Mark Grist, author, Joe Dunthorne, a 50-strong male voice choir, an orchestra of recorders and much much more …

Tickets: *includes 3 course shared banquet, welcome drink and nibbles on arrival.
