Archer Street are proud to announce that acclaimed performer and West End star, Michael Ball will join the judging panel for the show stopping final of Archer Street’s Got Talent, on Tuesday 15th April. This promises to be an incredible night as eight of the finest undiscovered singers, sing their hearts out, ready to sweep the audience of their feet.

Award winning stage performer and household name, Michael Ball will grace Soho’s Archer Street bar, ready to crown one of the finalists the “Voice of Soho”. Running over four months, the competition has seen an abundance of talent, with members of the public taking to the stage for their chance to win £5,000 and the coveted title. Each week eight contestants have battled it out at the bustling bar to reach the final, and, with just one heat left, the excitement is building. Michael Ball will share his opinions and expertise with the finalists, alongside fellow judges Brenda Edwards, Senior Executive Radio Producer/Editor Mike Hanson and X Factor Creative Director Tim Gething. Hosted by Two Pints of Larger and a Packet of Crisps star, Natalie Casey, and Archer Street's very own Will Pecoe, you are guaranteed an evening of sterling entertainment.

Michael Ball is one of Britain's leading musical stars, who has played the lead in many top West End and Broadway shows for more than two decades. A proven and varied talent, Michael has become a household name who has won acclaim and the hearts of the public with his numerous performances on stage, film and television. His credits include Les Misérables, Hairspray, Sweeney Todd, as well as part time co-host of TV show This Morning and he has a regular Sunday night slot on BBC Radio 2.

Archer Street’s Got Talent is the brainchild of owner Siobhan Magill who was inspired by the street’s formidable history as a hub for London’s creative in 1920s and 1930s. She has always thrived on the creativity that encompasses the West End, and which is now showcased in each of her bars, O Bar, Freedom and Archer Street. She has made it her focus to provide employment for singers when they are in-between theatre contracts, as well as bringing customers a true taste of the West End, with this unique and hard fought competition.
