Soho institution Randall & Aubin will be throwing its doors open and celebrating Easter Sunday with a delicious seasonal menu guaranteed to put the spring into your step. Guests can enjoy brandade of smoked haddock with asparagus risotto, soft quail eggs and watercress sauce before the main of herb crusted West Country lamb cutlets with mustard glazed roast new potatoes, roast smoke garlic & tomatoes. To finish, and in the spirit of spring, tuck into the delicious hot cross bread & lemon pudding with ice cream.
