Ben Tish Rotisserie Takeover

Salt Yard Group’s, Ben Tish has teamed up with Islington restaurant Le Coq, for the first in a series of Rotisserie Takeovers. Le Coq have invited a number of its favourite chefs to take part in a takeover each Monday, with Ben kicking things off on Monday 28th April. Ben will be serving up a four course Iberico pork feast including grilled Iberico pig’s heart and onions on flatbread with summer savoury and alioli and Rotisserie cumin and paprika spiced Iberico Presa with Jersey Royals, whipped Iberico butter and mint, and fennel, cucumber and buttermilk.
