The Great British Entrepreneur Awards (GBEA) is an awards ceremony to celebrate the success of British Entrepreneurs. Simon Burton and Nick James created the awards in 2013 and in the launch year it was met with resounding success. The awards are specifically designed to recognise and celebrate entrepreneurs.
The ceremony took place on 19th November 2013 at the grand Connaught Rooms in Central London and saw a diverse range of British entrepreneurs, from 9-year-old sweet enthusiast, social campaigners to digital innovators uniting to celebrate their achievements.. The evening was hosted by Oli Barrett and Ian Moore and included guest speaker Sir Steve Redgrave.
