Go Spike Big Weekend

Volleyball England invites you to bring friends and family to the Go Spike Big Weekend taking place near you over the May Bank Holiday weekend.

Whether you fancy a Dig, a Volley, a Set or a Spike, or just want to see what all the fuss is about, come and join in with one of the best team sports going and have some fun!

There are almost 50 events taking place over the country embracing all forms of the sport - Sitting, Grass, Beach and Indoor – and will be run by local community or sports groups with the backing of Volleyball England. The Go Spike Big Weekend was developed to help spread the message that volleyball is the only high energy, zero body contact and mixed team sport which can be played on the beach, in the park, indoors or even in water. It’s a fun and social sport that can be played by anyone, anywhere, anytime.
