How does it work?

The Wine Experience

Your visit begins with a 15-minute 'How to Taste Wine' session with one of our wine guides. Here you will learn how to sniff, swirl and slurp like a pro with a complimentary sample of wine before being let loose to explore the eight different tasting and educational zones on the self-guided Wine Experience!

On the Wine Experience you can discover more about your individual taste profile on interactive quizzes (did you know that your love-hate relationship with marmite affects which wines you like?) and sample wines from enomatic machines located throughout the experience. Wine guides are available to answer any questions you may have, so don't be afraid to ask.

The time you select at the checkout marks the start of the wine experience.

The Massage

Included in your ticket is a 10- minute energy boosting shoulder, back and neck massage courtesy of Xhilarate Office Massage! Working through clothes and without oil, this treatment utilises a blend of eastern massage techniques to relieve tension and leave you feeling instantly rejuvenated and refreshed.

We will contact you after you book to let you know the time of your massage appointment. Please kindly arrive at the Pamper Arch 5 minutes before your allocated time slot as late arrival may mean reduced treatment time or cancellation of your session.

The Cocktail

You can taste it in the Boutique Spirits Lounge on the Wine Experience but with this special package enjoy it in a special cocktail, available exclusively for ticket holders.
