The Honeycombs In Concert - 50th Anniversary Tour

In the Summer of '64 at the height of the British Invasion, 'Have I The Right' was released and soared up the UK charts becoming the first song to known The Beatles off the number one slot. 50 years on and the Brookside Theatre are proud to welcome sixties pop sensations, THE HONEYCOMBS, live on stage as part of their 2014 anniversary tour.

Following their million-selling debut single - produced by the legendary independent record producer, Joe 'Telstar' Meek - The Honeycombs enjoyed considerable international success with subsequent hits in 28 countries with number one's in Germany, Australia, Canada, Sweden and Japan.

This is the official band from the swinging sixties, with founder member Martin Murray still headlining this incredible group of first-class musicians, in a dynamic show featuring the worldwide hits. That's The Way, Something Better Beginning, Is It Because, Love In Tokyo, Crazy But I Can't Stop, Colourslide, Eyes and of course the group's foot-stomping debut single alongside some classic covers from the swingin' sixties.
