City Beerfest at Guildhall Yard in the City of London

The historical surroundings of Guildhall Yard will once again play host to City Beerfest after a successful debut last year.

More than a dozen of Britain’s most popular breweries will participate including Fullers, Meantime and Hepworth.

A free programme of music ranging from Folk, Bluegrass and Old Appalachian will also be showcased.

City Beerfest was started in 2013, by the then Lord Mayor of London Sir Roger Gifford, who said: “I am delighted to welcome the City Beerfest back to the spectacular Guildhall Yard for its second year. It’s great to see City institutions and businesses coming together again in a celebration of food, music and beer. Thanks must go to the Worshipful Company of Brewers and the City of London Festival for helping to put together this event. Thanks also must go to the musicians and breweries, for donating their time and beer so generously.”
