Three top chefs from Fitzrovia join together to create a one-off
gourmet meal with pre-dinner drinks and canapés. Marcus Eaves
of the Michelin-starred Pied à Terre and Saber Laieb of Fino, will
be working alongside Santino Busciglio of Elysée on the three
course meal with matched wine per course. These will include Ridgeview Fitzrovia Sussex sparkling wine and artisan English
spirits from Blackdown in the South Downs.
Between courses, the chefs will talk to food writer Andrew Kay about their dishes, and our final course will be cheese boards from Premier Cheese owners of the famous La Cave á Fromage cheese shops in South Kensington, Notting Hill and Hove.
