Jeremy is a powerful and highly impressive drummer, who is equally at home playing pop, rock, funk or straight ahead jazz. Jeremy’s CV is vast, including work with the likes of Robbie Williams, Joe Cocker, Echo and the Bunnymen, The Waterboys, Jason Rebello, Amy Winehouse, Beverly Knight, Eurythmics (w/Stevie Wonder), Tina Turner…you get the idea! The regular drummer with American icon Sheryl Crow for over 7 years, Jeremy has just finished touring the world with Noel Gallagher’s “High Flying Birds”. A very old friend of the Club Jeremy has, however, found time in his busy schedule to put together a great Jazz/Groove band, something he has been doing here at the Club on a regular basis for more than 20 years. One of the most respected drummers of his generation Jeremy’s gigs are always guaranteed to be both exciting and of the very highest musicianship. For his gig tonight Jeremy has put together a World Class 10-piece band featuring the wonderful singer Sumudu (Jason Rebello, Dionne Warwick), Paul Stacey (Black Crowes, Claire Martin) on guitar, Sean Hargreaves (Alison Moyet, Natalie Imbruglia) on piano/keyboards, Andy Caine (Tommy Blaize) on vocals/guitar plus a fantastic horn section of Barnaby Dickinson (Kylie Minogue) on trombone, Graeme Flowers (Kyle Eastwood) trumpet and Jim Knight (Down To The Bone), sax. Tonight’s gig with this monster line up promises to be quite exceptional, with the emphasis on great Groove and some classic material, including some timeless songs from the “Steely Dan” canon. So expect something very special! Booking definitely advised.

“…a fine…drummer with an infectious feel. His gigs are ...invariably enlivened by some top class guests” Time Out;
“Sumudu…an outstanding talent…a voice like honey” BBC
