In our two-hour workshop, ignite your inner flame, ground your energy, and connect to your soul. This playful practice will leave you feeling strong and vibrant by tuning your mind, body, and heart. Enjoy the perfect mix of asana, meditation, and dance! Followed by 45 minutes of communing, socialising and refreshments.

Founded in ny in april 2013, SERENE social is a wellness, philanthropy and networking community for women on the rise. SERENE gathers and empowers women to raise their conscious to live healthy, purposeful and balanced lives. Partnering with beautiful spaces around the world, SERENE creates a safe and open space to unite a powerful community of dynamic, open-hearted and open-minded women worldwide.

about the teacher:

Based in los angeles, cristi is a former elite-level gymnast and platform diver, she earned her degree in kinesiology while training with the olympic diving team. After an injury cut her olympic dreams short, she shifted her focus to helping others improve their level of fitness through personal training, pilates, core fusion and yoga. In 2004 she joined exhale, and has since studied extensively with world-renowned teachers, including saul david raye, shiva rea, seane corn, elisabeth halfpapp, and fred devito. Cristi combines her teachings, practice, and bright energy into a dynamic and unique classroom style that translates into an infectious energy that her students can’t help but feel during each class.
