Mexican Food Producers

Selfridges are leading the way in celebrating authentic Mexican food in London. In collaboration with their new 'On the roof with Q' restaurant, London's best Mexican food producers, restauranteurs and chefs are coming together to share the rich flavours of Mexico.

Hosted by Kristen Schnepp of Gringa Dairy, a traditional Mexican cheese maker based in the railway arches of Peckham to host live cheese making demonstrations and tastings (14th July) and also an evening discussing the cuisine and creativity of Mexican food sharing their tips and tasters from Lupita and Peyote Mexican restaurants.
According to Schnepp of Gringa Dairy, ''She is excited to bring traditional Mexican artisan food making to London and for it to be so well received by the city.''

Restaurants such as Lupita and Peyote pride themselves in creating using the same ingredients as in Mexico, importing them directly from Mexico whenever possible, and working with local producers, such as Gringa Dairy, to reproduce the same tastes and flavours for others. The quality of our food is only possible by using the highest quality ingredients.”
