As seen in the Daily Express, Daily Mail Online, Time Out, SKY News: Wicked! Yoga Dating is back home to it's Central venue at the Albany for some Friday night specials! Richard Brook of Creative Yoga London gives you the opportunity to make sure your weekend has some quality connection and starts on a mega high! Afterwards there is pub social and it's still early enough that you could head out into the evening after too!

Yoga that connects. What better time to meet someone then when you’re killer relaxed and having been in a shared, soulful experience?

Yoga Dating classes are suitable for all and based on Heart warming Dru yoga and feature; partner yoga sequences – rotating between partners in the class to get acquainted; connection and mindfulness exercises; group (humandala) yoga; and an immense deep relaxation at the end!

Classes also have a personal development aspect for participants – in particular working with maintaining a state of relaxation and sense of embodiment whilst in connection with each other.
