South Kilburn Day

Building on the success of South Kilburn Day of 2013, this year we’re delighted to bring an even more vibrant programme of activities, entertainment and most importantly fun. The day is now the Opening Celebration for a programme of events taking place in August - South Kilburn Summer Festival 2014.

South Kilburn has a rich diverse community with lots of young families and this will be catered for at this'family fun' day. The date coincides with the first Friday in the week schools finish for summer, adding to the excitement.

There will be one main stage with dance and musical performances; an intergenerational Nice Cuppa Tea Party with creative workshops and free tea; a Community Health zone, SK Kid’s Street with the Albion Kids Show stage and Pirate Ship and inflatable fun; Youth Enterprise Zone highlighting opportunities for local young people; Stalls selling food, affordable goods, healthy living and local group and venues information and more.
