Following a record-breaking sell-out of July’s screenings, the UK’s number one outdoor cinema, the Rooftop Film Club presented by British Airways, announces its August Programme with a stellar line-up of classic and cult films to be screened under the evening skies.

The capital’s film lovers can now enjoy outdoor screenings on four of London’s finest rooftops: the Queen of Hoxton, Shoreditch; The Bussey Building, Peckham Rye; Roof East, Stratford; and, for a limited time only, a return to the Springbridge Car Park, Ealing Broadway, home of the famous Ealing Film Studios.

Long, balmy August nights demand alfresco entertainment, so beat the beer garden crush and relax amidst the city’s rooftops with comfy seating and ice-cool refreshments while taking in our blockbuster schedule of vintage favourites and box office hits.

Why not gather your friends to catch an outdoor screening of some of the most action-packed recent releases, including Godzilla, Cold in July, and Sabotage, or impress your date with an upgraded rom-com experience set against the best views in London?

Rooftop favourites Some Like It Hot and Breakfast at Tiffany’s will appease those after a retro flavour, while new additions to the roster include 80s entertainment by way of The Blues Brothers, and the first ever rooftop screening of the National Theatre production, Skylight, starring Carey Mulligan and Bill Nighy.

Whatever you choose, don’t miss your chance to secure your seat this August and enjoy movie night outdoors on the big screen, for the ultimate film experience on a rooftop near you.
