Kings of England's original father-son line-up return to the stage in a revival of their esteemed first show, 'Where We Live & What We Live For' from 2009. The revival will be followed by early scratch performances of a Part 2.

Together the two performances advance a poetics of time and aging as we explore the closeness and distance between generations, in an extended reflection on the ways we have lived, live now and might yet live, marked by accelerated, decisive, irrevocable change.

This distinguished company brings an evening of old and new work that promises to be essayistic in form, searching, speculative, meditative, intellectually rigorous and smartly turned out.

Scratch allows artists to test ideas and get audience feedback. The performance you will see is a work in development. Come explore and be the first to discover the future of theatre.
