The 2014 London African Music Festival will again run for 10 days, take place in 16 venues across London and more than 100 among the best Artists and Musicians; like the Tuareg Star BOMBINO (Niger)

Tuareg guitarist and singer Omara "Bombino" Moctar plays from his new album, Nomad, recorded with 2013 Grammy-winning Producer of the Year Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys for which he has collected rave reviews. BBC World Service which calls it 'utterly, utterly fantastic" and Rolling Stone rates Nomad "the most exciting blues album of the year" and "a perfect match of sound and soul [that] introduces a new guitar hero." His dazzling live performance and virtuosity on the guitar have earned him comparisons, amongst notable music critics, to Jimi Hendrix, Carlos Santana, Neil Yong and Jerry Garcia.

Gambia's kora master Jally Kebba Susso plays solo set to kick of the festival.
