Adrian Hayes is a British, UAE and UK-based record-breaking polar explorer and adventurer, keynote speaker, business coach, author and campaigner.

Adrian has set two Guinness World Records for Polar Expeditions- reaching the Earth's 'three poles' (North Pole, South Pole and Mt Everest) in the shortest period of time in history, and for the longest unsupported Arctic expedition to date (vertical crossing of Greenland).

On the 60th anniversary of K2’s first ascent and a year after his first attempt ended in tragedy, Adrian discusses the immeasurable challenges the mountain presents juxtaposed with the lure of its foreboding slopes, which led him to successfully return to summit the mountain on 26 July 2014.
