Gosia is a Polish artist based in London. Her inspirations include street art, The Polish School of Posters and Japanese aesthetics. Using painting, collage, photography, poster design and lithography, her works explore the relationship between people and art in public spaces characterised by transience, urban loneliness and the issue of emptiness.

The Poster After Life exhibition is based around a collection of old posters that Gosia has photographed and collected from Europe and South America. By breathing new life into these neglected public works, Gosia has created new artworks that both hark back to the nostalgia of a previous era as well as offering a fresh new outlook on the memories of our streets and cities.
