Laugh Out London comedy club returns to the Old Queen’s Head in Angel after a summer break with a very special Pick of the Fringe show.

We spent much of August at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe sourcing the best comedy talent this year and have come up with an incredible line-up of acts.

SARA PASCOE

Sara is now a firmly established Fringe favourite for her shows that aren’t afraid to tackle difficult subjects and make an audience ask genuine questions.

“the devotion she inspires in her audience will be lifelong” **** – The Guardian
**** – TimeOut
**** – Chortle

TRYGVE WAKENSHAW

Trygve is the New Zealand clown who took the Fringe by storm this year with his ingenuous comedy mime show Kraken that had touches of Dr Brown brilliance and universal acclaim.

“Kraken is a blissfully funny hour of physical stream-of-consciousness and a joyous excuse to embrace your childish side” ***** – TimeOut

“a joyous hour of unpretentious silliness, and a sure highlight of the festival” – **** Chortle

“something that must be seen to be truly appreciated” ***** – Broadway Baby

LIAM WILLIAMS

Nominated for Best Newcomer last year Liam has upped his game this year with an astonishing hour that analysed success, love and happiness.

“This is already extraordinary, a shatteringly funny set from a comic who’s not ashamed to take the business of being alive seriously” ***** – The Guardian

“Williams is starting to sound like the voice of a generation” **** – The Independent

“What a fascinating spectacle is to watch this young star-in-the-making” **** – The Telegraph

STEWART LEE

It’s Stewart Lee.

Stewart will not be headlining and will be on early in the evening so turn up on time

MC – ADAM LARTER

Head of comedy innovators Weirdos whose own Fringe show The Harbour Master was a triumph.
