Charity Concert in the Long Room

This annual concert is held in the World famous setting of the Long Room Concert at Lord's Cricket Ground in aid of the Lord's Taverners, which is a perfect evening for all cricket and music lovers. The Lord's Taverners are delighted that these two great friends, both stars of the music world, will perform an informal and intimate duo recital accompanied on the piano. James Bowman CBE has been for over forty years one of the world’s finest counter tenors with over 100 international recordings to his credit while Catherine Bott, the leading soprano and celebrated radio presenter began her career as a member of the legendary Swingle Singers.

Their diverse programme will cover music by Handel, Purcell and Britten through to popular surprises from music hall and stage.
