Afterwards there is pub social and it's still early enough that you could head out into the evening after too!

Yoga Dating classes are suitable for all and based on Heart warming Dru yoga and feature; partner yoga sequences – rotating between partners in the class to get acquainted; connection and mindfulness exercises; group (humandala) yoga; and an immense deep relaxation at the end. This rocks as a dating event as in the space of one evening you’ll get chance to have physical contact, look someone in the eyes, hold hands, laugh, and share from your Heart. With more than one partner!

And afterwards you get chance to socialise over a drink with whomever might have caught your eye feeling much more relaxed than normal. I’d imagine some people don’t even get this kind of quality contact over the course of years let alone in one evening.

Classes also have a personal development aspect for participants – in particular working with maintaining a state of relaxation and sense of embodiment whilst in connection with each other.
